On all services rendered, we guarantee 7-days of satisfaction. Should you not be happy with the deliverables, kindly contact us within this time to address any issues.

   Services Rendered

• Regarding SEO Services: Refunds for SEO are not offered as outcomes depend on several factors outside of our control. Still, we provide changes within the parameters of your service agreement.
• For Web Design Services: You will be qualified for one round of changes should you find the first designs offered unsatisfactory. Should you still find the design unsatisfactory after changes, you can be qualified for a partial refund depending on the state of the work done.
• For material Creation Services: Tell us within 7 days if the supplied material does not satisfy your requirements as stated in the service agreement. We will try to change the material or provide a partial refund depending on the effort done.
  
  

3. Demand for a Refund

• You have to let us know in writing at support@realsmartsites.com within the designated period asking for a refund. Please provide your name, order number, and a statement of the problem.

4. Approved reimbursements will be handled within 7 business days following approval. Refunds will be granted from the original purchase payment method.
5. Exceptions

• Services that the customer has completely purchased and approved will not be eligible for refunds.
• Unless stated in a signed agreement, deposits for continuing projects are not refundable.

6. Changes to This Policy
   We kindly retain the right to change our refund policy at any moment. Modifications will show right away on our website. Review this policy often for changes.
